The work starts with the user or business problem, not a favored tool. I move between operating context and implementation: making the decision and constraints explicit, translating requirements into workflows and data, building a useful version, validating outputs and failure states, and explaining the result clearly enough for nontechnical users to act on it. That context includes supplier risk, cross-functional improvement, and PCBA analysis in reliability-conscious environments.

Concrete tools built around real operating decisions.

PCBA BOM Analyzer

Developed a PCBA BOM Analyzer that prepared more than 50 BOMs for risk analysis in seconds, saving hours of manual preparation and automating portions of the analysis.

Supplier change + material qualification

Built an AI-assisted Supplier Change Impact Assessment guidance tool grounded in 20 controlled SOPs, plus a separate material-qualification guidance tool.

Power BI prioritization

Built a Power BI tool that analyzed PCBA category spend history to support resource and project prioritization.

Cross-functional continuous improvement

Served as a Boston Scientific AI Champion and applied Agile/Scrum practices during a six-month FARAPULSE material-flow Kaizen.

Android and Wear OS proof connecting bounded GPX import, watch sync, an implemented checkpoint path, local GPX/FIT output, and explicit release boundaries.

Poolhouse

Expo and React Native proof connecting a Supabase/PostgreSQL backend with validation, private-group authorization, automated score synchronization, and recoverable standings across web and mobile.

Writing

Notes that expose the reasoning behind interrupted state, recovery, trusted workflows, product boundaries, and release evidence.
